Can you provide samples for testing?

Of course, we can provide samples for testing purposes. Generally, the number of samples we provide is free of charge. However, if you need more, our customer service team will consider it accordingly.

How do you guarantee the quality of delivery?

Before being shipped, each batch of products will go through testing by our quality control team to ensure its conformity with the agreed samples.

How long is the delivery time?

Usually delivery is made about 15 days after the order is confirmed or after advance payment is received.

What kind of packaging can you provide?

For coloring products, we usually use iron drum packaging, cartons, or 25 kg composite bags. For pigments and resins, we use 25 kg bags. Packaging of 10 kg or 15 kg is also available upon request.

Have you ever been to a trade show?

Every year we participate in China Interdye and ChinaCoat. We also regularly attend exhibitions of colorants and coatings in various countries.

What payment terms are available?

We accept payments via TT, L/C sight, D/P, CAD, as well as methods such as Western Union, MoneyGram, and PayPal.

Can you print our brand or logo on the packaging?

Yes, we can provide packaging with Colorchem brand, neutral packaging, or packaging with brand and logo according to your request.

Do you have overseas branch offices?

Yes, we have a branch office and warehouse in Brazil to serve the needs of the local market there.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The minimum order is 25 kg, which can be sent by air or courier service. If there is no rush, sea delivery is also an option.

Are your products REACH registered?

Some of our products have already been pre-registered with REACH, and we are ready to assist with pre-registration for other products if required.
